We bought this via an official 3rd Party supplier who were able to offer the extended 5 year Samsung warranty via the Samsung website. They installed it like a Formula 1 pitstop and I was putting in my first load within 20minutes of them ringing my doorbell. So far the washes have come out exactly as expected. Much quieter than our previous model and as far as washing machines go, is quite aesthetically pleasing. Not yet used all the new features these newer versions have, like hygiene steam. Look forward to trying out all the functionality and also connecting it to my Samsung phone.

I have had this machine for a few weeks, it works well and get everything pretty clean, it is easy to use and I am still trying out different features, I have not connected it to my phone as it does what I need directly on the machine, the machine does seem to be a little more noticable for noise than my 30yo Zanussi but not excessive, though there are odd sounds I don't like. The capacity is useful and still allows it to clean well
